UICcareers.com is accessible by all current students and recent graduates until one year after graduation.
To recruit alumni who have been out more than a year and/or have more than 2 years of experience, please contact the UI Alumni Career Center at careers@uillinois.edu.
Steps for posting positions
1. Go to www.UICcareers.com
2. Click on the employer icon on the upper left
3. Follow the prompts to create a profile
4a. If your company was already in the system and you added yourself as a contact, you will immediately be taken to the options list. Simply click on the link that says "post a job/internship" and submit your information.
4b. If you entered a new company, please wait for your confirmation email which will arrive within 1-3 business days. After receiving the confirmation email, you may log in and post your job description by clicking on the link that says "post a job/internship" and submit your information.
5. Your posting is usually approved within 1-2 business days, you will receive a confirmation email
