Dear Students,

The staff at OCS has scheduled a number of workshops, fairs, and other recruitment events to prepare you for and assist you with your job search. Our website has important information about our services, highlights key dates that you should note on your calendar, and now allows you to access an online copy of the Career Planning Guide. We believe that there are quality positions available for those students who prepare well so take advantage of these programs.

What do we ask of you? Please register with our office, make use of the online system at UICCareers.com, and take charge of YOUR job search by participating in the appropriate recruiting events. Come to our office and meet with an Assistant Director when you have questions about the job search process or continuing your education. Together, we can work to make your transition from UIC successful.

We hope to see you soon.

Sincerely,

Andres Garza
Director, Office of Career Services
