CATERING OPEN HOUSE - March 2009
UIC Signature Catering from Sodexo presented a menu tasting event on March 3, 2009 at Student Center East. Event attendees included UIC staff responsible for managing catering events in their departments.
The tasting event featured a variety of food stations including, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, buffet, and beverage options. Special treats included an amazing ice sculpture carved by the regional district manager and carving stations offering an assortment of meats.
BBJ Linen and Chicago Party Rentals showcased linen, chairs, and table-top options.
