Because UICcopiers is a rental program, rather than a leasing program, your department will not be saddled with the expenses and hassles of a long-term lease. You can leave our program at a month’s notice without facing any of the cancellation fees or machine removal charges that you would with a standard leasing arrangement.

If your copier is inoperable, a technician will be there in four hours or less to fix it. If the technician fails to show in those four hours, UICcopiers will waive your monthly rental fee. This is the best service response guarantee in the business.

Campus Oversight and Support
If a job is too big for your copier to handle, you can send it to UICcopying, where it will be printed at a discounted cost and delivered for free. Also, the Office of Publications is always here to intercede with any trouble you might have with your copier or vendor.
