Use your NetID and Common Password to claim your Enterprise ID and set its password. These two IDs/usernames should be identical, but are associated with different sets of services and have independent passwords. Please visit http://orientation.accc.uic.edu for additional information and instructions.

Please complete the steps on the ACCC page provided above before coming to orientation. Bring your NetID, Common Password, and Enterprise Password with you to your scheduled program. You will need this information at orientation and for the rest of your time at the university.

Please visit the http://orientation.accc.uic.edu Web site and read the Frequently Asked Questions section to report any problems with activating your ACCC NetID or claiming your EnterpriseID.

Fees

Please be aware that there is a fee for attending orientation. A fee of $75 for each transfer or readmit student and $75 for each parent or guest will be charged to your university bill. This fee includes any meals, the services of the Student Orientation Leaders, and all program materials. If your bill has not been charged before your orientation date, please still attend your scheduled program.

Orientation Fee Discount Request

Orientation Fee Discount Request forms for students and parents are available on our Web site at www.orientation.uic.edu. Completed forms and all supporting documentation must be received at least seven days prior to your orientation. Otherwise the orientation fee will be incurred. Please be aware that there are a limited number of requests granted.

Program Date Change or Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or change your or your parent's reservation, please do so a minimum of seven days prior to your scheduled date by calling the Orientation Program at (312) 996-3271. Changes or cancellations made less than seven days prior to the scheduled date of your program will result in the regular orientation fees being assessed, regardless of attendance. Additionally, failure to attend your scheduled Orientation Program by you or your family members will result in the appropriate orientation fee being applied to your student account.

Disability Assistance

We pride ourselves in making UIC as inclusive and accessible as possible. If you or a family member attending orientation requires arrangements in order to participate, please notify the Orientation Program at the time of your reservation so that we may accommodate your request. Arrangements must be made at least seven days prior to your scheduled orientation. In addition, if you have a documented disability, you are encouraged to contact the Disability Resource Center at (312) 413-2183 to learn about the university services available to you.

Meals

Vegetarian and non–pork meals are offered at all orientation sessions. Kosher meal arrangements can be made by contacting the Orientation Program at least seven days prior to your program date.
