Please turn in your medical immunization form in person to the Office of Medical Immunization Records at the Student Services Building Suite 1300 (1200 West Harrison Street) or mail them to:

Health Insurance

CampusCare is the health insurance program automatically provided to all UIC students. If you are covered by another insurance provider, such as that available through your parents or your employer, you MUST follow steps to waive CampusCare online to avoid being charged for the health insurance fee. The Spring 2008 CampusCare Benefit Change Period ends on February 10. Please visit the CampusCare Web site at www.uic.edu/hsc/campuscare/chicago to learn more about the program.

Housing

Make sure your housing plans are in order, whether you are living on or off campus.  If you have decided to live on campus, please make sure that all your housing forms are turned into the Campus Housing Office.  For more information about campus housing, please visit www.housing.uic.edu. If you have decided to live off campus and are looking for resources to find off campus housing, visit www.housing.uic.edu/offcampus/, http://chicago.craigslist.org/, or http://www.chicagoreader.com/spacefinder.

U-PASS

Once you arrive on campus in the spring semester, be sure to pick up your U-PASS, which will allow you to use the CTA rail and bus transportation. Passes are distributed at the Student Services Building (1200 West Harrison Street) five days prior to the start of the semester.
