New students enrolling for fall semester should have received their cards during New Student Summer Orientation, June - August. If not, they should follow procedure for returning students and bring a photo ID (e.g. driver's license, passport or state ID), along with a current semester schedule.

New students enrolled for summer session should have gotten their new i-card between June 3rd and end of the summer session. If not, they should follow procedure for returning students and bring a photo ID (e.g. driver's license), along with a current semester schedule.

Replacement of lost/stolen i-card: Please bring your driver's license, passport, or state ID for identification purposes, along with with a current semester schedule for students, and contract or letter from department on departmental letterhead for staff. The replacement fee is $20.

Replacement of cracked or broken i-card: Contact the i-card Office. In most cases, the $20 replacement fee is charged.
